1. What products does iFutz sell?
We sell premium 1:1 Thai quality jerseys (Fan and Player versions), retro models, tracksuits, and kids' kits. All items are high-end quality.
2. What sizes are available?
Adult: S, M, L, XL, 2XL (XXL), and for selected models, up to 4XL (XXXXL).
Kids: From size 16 (3-4 years old) to size 28 (12-13 years old).

3. Do the jerseys have authentic tags and labels?
Yes. All pieces come with internal and external tags, labels, and authenticity seals identical to official models.
4. Can I order a model that is not on the website?
No. We work exclusively with ready-to-ship stock. If a model or size is not listed on the site, it is currently unavailable. We do not take custom pre-orders for items outside our current stock.
5. Can I reserve an item to pay later?
We do not offer reservations. Products are only guaranteed after payment confirmation. Due to high demand, items in your cart may sell out if payment is not completed promptly.
6. What is the difference between the Fan Version and the Player Version?
The Fan Version features embroidered crests and a standard (straight) fit. The Player Version features heat-pressed (rubberized) crests, more breathable/athletic fabric, and a "Slim" (tighter) fit.
1. Where are the products shipped from?
Unlike other stores, all our products are shipped directly from our distribution center in Brasília-DF, Brazil.
2. What is the shipping and delivery timeframe?
We dispatch your order within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Delivery time varies between 2 to 8 business days, depending on your region and the chosen carrier (Loggi or Correios).
3. Can I pick up my order in person?
iFutz currently operates exclusively as an online store. We do not offer local pickup or in-person deliveries.
4. Is there a minimum purchase amount?
There is no minimum purchase amount. The shipping cost is automatically calculated in your cart. Follow our social media for seasonal Free Shipping promotions.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email to monitor your delivery directly on the carrier’s website (Correios or Loggi).
1. Can I exchange my jersey if it doesn't fit?
Yes, within 7 days of receipt, provided the tags are still attached. Since this is a customer selection error, all shipping costs (return and reshipping) are the responsibility of the buyer. Please always consult the size chart!
2. What if my product arrives defective?
Contact us within 7 days. After analyzing the defect, iFutz will cover all costs and provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
3. How should I wash my jersey?
To maintain durability (especially for names, numbers, and patches):
Always wash by hand and inside out.
Use only mild soap and cold water.
Never use a washing machine, dryer, or iron over the prints/logos.
Always dry in the shade.
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PIX (instant approval) and Boleto Bancário. Currently, we do not accept credit cards.
2. Is it safe to buy from iFutz?
Completely. In addition to our active CNPJ and personalized customer service, you are buying a product that is already in Brazil. The risk of import taxes or customs delays is zero.
