At iFutz, we operate with our own inventory and ready-to-ship products within Brazil. Our goal is to ensure you receive your jersey with maximum speed and security.
Location: All products are shipped directly from our distribution center in Brasília-DF, Brazil.
Handling Time: Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time: This varies depending on your region and the chosen carrier (Loggi or Correios), typically ranging from 2 to 8 business days after posting.
Loss or Theft: If an item is lost or stolen while under the responsibility of the carrier, iFutz guarantees a full refund of the amount paid, up to a limit of R$ 3,000.00.
We strictly follow the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC) to ensure your satisfaction:
Manufacturing Defects: If a product is defective, the request must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt. The product must have the original tags attached. In these cases, iFutz covers all return costs and provides a full refund or exchange.
Exchange for Customer Error (Size/Model): If you selected the wrong size or model, an exchange can be requested within 7 days of receipt. However, as stock is limited, both the return shipping fee and the new shipping fee are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Right of Withdrawal: You have 7 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase. The product must be returned without signs of use and with tags attached. The return shipping fee is paid by the customer, and the refund will apply only to the product value (the original shipping fee is non-refundable, as the transport service was completed).
The customer is fully responsible for the information entered at the time of purchase.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If the order is not delivered due to errors in the data provided or the absence of the recipient after delivery attempts, the package will return to our center. In these cases, we will refund only the product value. The shipping fee will not be refunded.
Fiscal Data: Ensure you correctly fill in your CPF and full name for the issuance of national transport documents.
